As a palliative care consultant, Shirley seeks to support others in their efforts to transform the delivery of care. Her consulting partners have been large healthcare organizations, academic medical centers, and professional organizations, as well as individual professionals seeking mentorship and leadership coaching. She is a passionate advocate for meaningful change in the way we provide care for the seriously ill.
